First of all, the transmission gear of the hand chain hoist is driven by two sets of two-stage straight-tooth four-column gears arranged in a stack. Between the hand chain wheel shaft (five-tooth long axis) and the lifting sprocket wheel shaft, two parallel sets of intermediate gears form two parallel transmission chains. At the same time, in order to have a compact structure and beautiful appearance, the hand chain wheel is installed in the center of the lifting sprocket wheel shaft. Due to the above structural characteristics, the manufacturing process should ensure the correctness of the relative positions of the two sets of intermediate gears (short shaft gear and plate gear), so that the assembly of the two sets of short shaft gears and plate gears can be maintained at any time during operation. At least the plate gears and short-axis gears in one group can mesh with the five-tooth long-axis gear and the spline hole gear at the same time. The five-tooth long shaft and spline hole gears both use single teeth. The purpose is to facilitate the meshing of the two sets of gears. The meshing positions differ by 1/2 tooth inclination angle. It is not necessary to work on the tooth top or tooth flank at the same time so as to work alternately. Selection of tooth shape: Based on the characteristics of the hoist transmission gear such as low speed and heavy load, and the number of pinion teeth is very small.
